Job Position
Admin Officer (Manager on Duty – MOD)
Required Qualification
- Candidates must hold a Graduate degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Experience Required
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience working within a hospital or the wider healthcare industry is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the hospital during assigned shifts.
- Handling patient inquiries and complaints while ensuring overall patient satisfaction with hospital services and facilities.
- Conducting regular rounds of the facility, monitoring CCTV footage, and overseeing the safety and security of staff, patients, visitors, the building, and equipment.
- Maintaining hospital hygiene standards through oversight of the housekeeping department.
- Coordinating with the pharmacy (Dvago) and supervising food services (FNSD) to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assisting in the coordination of medico-legal cases and maintaining good working relations with relevant government departments.
- Planning and monitoring the hospital’s transportation needs.
- Ensuring strict adherence to and enforcement of hospital policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
