1. MIS Executive

Job Summary:
Skincare Pakistan is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Executive to provide end-to-end functional and operational support for the Salesfo Secondary Sales System across the South, Central & North regions. Ensure uninterrupted business operations by providing timely system support to the Sales Team, Distributors, and KPOs.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end functional and operational support for the Salesfo Secondary Sales System across assigned regions.
- Coordinate with KPOs, Distributors, and Sales Teams to ensure smooth Salesfo operations.
- Provide first-level functional support by troubleshooting system-related issues and resolving user queries.
- Perform monthly and quarterly data hygiene activities.
- Support Salesfo Go-Live, user onboarding, and adoption.
- Conduct distributor stock audits and validate physical inventory against Salesfo records.
- Prepare, analyze, and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
- Coordinate with the Salesfo business partner/vendor for system issues and enhancements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, issue logs, and user training activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, MIS, or related discipline.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in MIS, Sales Operations, ERP, or Sales Automation Systems.
- Experience supporting Salesfo, SFA, or similar secondary sales systems will be preferred.
- Experience working with distributors, sales teams, and field operations is an added advantage.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of Salesfo, MIS reporting, and sales operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
2. Tax Executive

Job Summary:
The Tax Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end tax compliance, including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and FBR statutory requirements. The role requires practical experience in tax return filing, reconciliations, tax accounting, documentation, audits, and regulatory compliance within a corporate manufacturing setup.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns, Sales Tax Returns, Withholding Tax Statements, and other statutory tax submissions.
- Ensure accurate preparation of tax reconciliations, accounting entries, supporting schedules, and taxation documentation.
- Calculate, deduct, and deposit withholding taxes while preparing tax challans (CPR/PSID).
- Handle FBR notices, tax audits, assessments, and official correspondence.
- Maintain complete tax records and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for accurate reporting.
- Utilize ERP systems and MS Excel for tax reporting and compliance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- ACCA (Qualified/Part Qualified) will be considered an added advantage.
- 3–5 years of relevant corporate taxation experience.
- Practical taxation experience within a Manufacturing industry is essential.
- Candidates with FMCG Manufacturing experience will be given preference.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Income Tax, Sales Tax, and FBR compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience in preparing tax returns, reconciliations, and accounting entries.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet statutory deadlines.
