This role involves working across different departments within a construction and maintenance environment, depending on the assigned position. The purpose of these jobs is to support large-scale industrial activities by ensuring smooth execution of civil, mechanical, electrical, and safety-related tasks. Workers will be deployed in active project sites where coordination, discipline, and technical understanding are essential. Key Responsibilities
Employees will be responsible for performing duties according to their designated roles, which may include assisting skilled technicians, operating tools and equipment, supporting welding and fabrication works, and maintaining site cleanliness and safety standards. Safety-related positions such as Fire Watch, Hole Watch, and Safety Officer will ensure strict compliance with hazard prevention protocols and monitor high-risk activities. Technical staff including electricians, instrument technicians, and mechanical supervisors will handle installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks. Welders, riggers, and fabricators will support structural assembly and heavy lifting operations under supervision. All workers must follow site instructions, report hazards immediately, and coordinate effectively with team leaders to ensure smooth workflow.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must possess basic to advanced knowledge depending on their job category, along with prior experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial environments. Technical roles require familiarity with electrical systems, mechanical tools, welding procedures, and instrumentation standards. Safety-related positions require strong awareness of occupational health and safety practices, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures. Physical fitness, teamwork, and the ability to follow instructions accurately are essential for all roles. Previous Gulf experience is preferred, along with valid certifications for skilled positions such as Rigger, Welder 6G, and Electrical Technician. Strong discipline and adaptability to site conditions are highly valued.
