Roles and Responsibilities

Instrument Supervisors oversee teams for installation, calibration, and maintenance of instruments, while Instrument Technicians assist with technical operations and equipment troubleshooting. Fabricator Supervisors manage welding and fabrication teams to meet design specifications. Hole Watch personnel monitor work in confined spaces to prevent accidents, while Fire Watch staff focus on fire prevention during high-risk tasks such as welding and cutting. All positions require adherence to safety protocols, effective teamwork, and clear communication on site.
Required Skills and Competencies
