Overview of the Roles
SAMG is seeking qualified professionals for multiple positions at their Jubail Project in Saudi Arabia. These roles are critical for ensuring the smooth execution of industrial operations in the piping, fabrication, welding, rigging, fitting, and instrumentation sectors. The company offers competitive hourly rates and short-term employment, making this an excellent opportunity for skilled candidates looking for immediate work and industry exposure. Each role contributes directly to project safety, operational efficiency, and timely completion of tasks. Candidates must be prepared to work in a structured, high-pressure industrial environment, adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
Core Responsibilities
Each position comes with clearly defined responsibilities. Piping Foremen supervise installation activities, coordinate teams, and ensure compliance with project standards. Fabricators handle cutting, shaping, and assembling piping components as per technical specifications. Multi Welders (CS) perform welding tasks on carbon steel structures, ensuring precision and safety at all times. Pipe Fitters are responsible for installing and maintaining piping systems efficiently. Rigger 3 (TUV Must) staff safely handle lifting and rigging operations, working closely with crane operators to move heavy equipment. Instrument Technicians install, maintain, and calibrate instruments to guarantee proper operational performance. All personnel are required to report daily progress, identify potential hazards, and support corrective actions as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
Candidates must possess a combination of technical expertise, relevant certifications, and practical experience. Essential requirements include a valid Iqama (minimum 3 months), Passport, Blood Group documentation, and Muqeem. Additionally, AZIR certification is mandatory. Candidates should be physically fit, detail-oriented, and capable of performing duties in high-pressure conditions. Specialized roles, such as Rigger 3, require additional qualifications like TUV certification, while welders and technicians must demonstrate proven experience in industrial projects. Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills are vital to ensure smooth coordination among supervisors and colleagues. Experience in similar large-scale projects is preferred, but dedication and reliability are equally valued.
