Assistant Manager – HSE
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Chemical Engineering.
Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, or OHSAS preferred.
Experience:
- 3-5 years in HSE within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power Plant industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSE policies aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations across all operations.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and training sessions to promote a strong safety culture.
- Oversee emergency preparedness plans, environmental protection initiatives, and contractor safety performance.
- Ensure safe, sustainable, and legally compliant operations throughout all project phases.
