Job Description:
Assist in payroll processing and employee-related payments. Process vendor invoices and prepare vendor payments. Record daily financial transactions and maintain accounting records. Prepare bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing. Maintain petty cash and expense records. Support tax documentation and statutory compliance. Assist the Finance team with routine accounting and reporting tasks.
Requirements:
ACCA (Student/Part-Qualified) or a Bachelor’s degree from CBM, IBA, or SZABIST.
2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Good understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in MS Excel.
Experience with accounting software will be an added advantage.
- Franchise Trade Manager

Develop and execute franchise trade strategies to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and key stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and support franchise expansion.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to maximize business potential.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure effective execution of business plans.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
3–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with hands-on experience in franchise management, trade marketing, or business development.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics and channel management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
