Key Accountabilities
As Medical Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Actively driving medical and clinical strategy for respective products
- Leading implementation of the brand plan, including gap analysis
- Developing and engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Collaborating with the marketing team and other functions to support business goals
- Focusing on training and development of commercial teams
- Facilitating proactive medical information to external and internal customers
- Managing advocacy groups and medical societies aligned with brand strategy
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- MBBS/BDS with 4–5 years of experience in the pharma industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective analytical and computing skills with business acumen
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
